We come out, do the work, and you get a refreshed driveway in a single day.

One small patch up to 4 sq ft using cold patch or synthetic — for a single pothole or worn spot. Larger or multiple patches billed separately.
Brush-applied sealcoat
One liberal coat of R-P-355e coal-tar sealer with rubberized epoxy latex and silica sand.

How the Tune-Up day goes.
01. Confirm and arrive
We confirm the date a few days out, then show up on the morning of the job with the truck, the kettle, the sealer, and the crew.
02. Walk the driveway
A two-minute walk with you (or without you, if you’re at work) to confirm what’s in scope and call out anything that needs to be billed separately.
03. Trim, clean, treat
Edge trim, blower clean, oil-spot treatment.
04. Crack fill and patch
Cracks hot-poured. Small patch placed and compacted.
05. Brush-apply sealer
One liberal coat across the full driveway.
06. Cone off, leave instructions
Cones and tape stay 24–48 hours. We leave a care sheet on the door.

Is the price the same for every driveway?
The flat Tune-Up price $89.99 applies to typical residential driveways up to 2,000 square feet in normal condition. Larger driveways, heavily damaged driveways, or driveways with multiple deep patches are quoted as a custom estimate. We measure on site and confirm before scheduling.
What if I have more cracks than 50 linear feet?
Additional crack-fill linear footage is billed at our standard per-foot rate as a separate line on the estimate. We measure on site and quote before any extra work happens.
What if my driveway needs more than one patch?
Additional small patches are billed per square foot at our standard rate. If the driveway has structural failure (multiple deep potholes, alligator cracking, settled sections), the Tune-Up isn’t the right product — you need a full repair scope. We’ll tell you that on the walk-through.
How do I know if my driveway qualifies?
Send us a couple of photos with your quote request. If your driveway is reasonably small, the cracks are visible but not catastrophic, and you don’t see major sunken or alligatored sections, you’re probably a Tune-Up candidate. If we get there and find it’s bigger or worse than the photos showed, we’ll re-quote on the spot before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice.
Is the warranty the same as the regular sealcoating warranty?
Yes — the Tune-Up sealcoat carries our standard two-year written warranty against wear, peeling, or flaking. Crack fill and small patch are not warrantied (they’re treatments, not permanent repairs), but they’re priced honestly and they buy real pavement life.
