Precast concrete wheel stops and parking bumpers for commercial lots across Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties. We deliver, set, and anchor wheel stops to the striping plan — and replace damaged or missing units as part of regular lot maintenance.
What we install
Standard concrete wheel stops. Six-foot precast concrete bumpers, drilled and pinned to the asphalt with rebar so they don’t walk under repeated impact. We install new bumpers on freshly paved lots, replace cracked or shifted bumpers on older lots, and pull and reset bumpers when a layout changes.
ADA-compliant wheel stops. Lower-profile precast units placed at the head of accessible stalls so a wheelchair has clear approach. Set in coordination with the painted access aisle and the accessible-parking signage required at every ADA stall.
Bollards. Steel or concrete-filled bollards for protecting equipment, walkways, building corners, and pedestrian areas from vehicle impact. Core-drilled into asphalt or concrete and set per spec for the protected use.
How we set them
- Layout per the striping plan — the back of the wheel stop sits at the front of each stall
- Drill anchor holes and seat the rebar pins into the asphalt or concrete substrate
- Caulk the joints around the anchors to prevent water infiltration and freeze-thaw movement
- Verify accessibility: ADA stalls get the low-profile spec and clear-approach placement
